The HT3328S and HT3828P are efficient dual-channel synchronous step-down converters for high-power applications. The HT3828P supports an input range of 4.7V to 36V, with a typical output of 1-2.5A per channel and a total of up to 2-5A, featuring an adjustable frequency of up to 1MHz. The HT3328S is an external FET version with fixed frequencies of 350kHz, 500kHz, and 700kHz. Both converters support an I²C interface for connecting to wireless modules like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, enabling users to control ON/OFF functions and output settings via mobile apps, which enhances remote power management for IoT devices in various settings.

HT6000 Series

The HT6122S, HT6422P, and HT6329S are advanced dual-channel synchronous step-down controllers engineered for high-power fast-charging applications. The HT6122S, compatible with the QC Protocol, features one Type-A and one Type-C output, operating within a 4.7V to 36V input voltage range and delivering up to 3.6A. The HT6422P, with four integrated power MOSFETs, operates efficiently within a 4.7V to 13V input range, minimizing the size and cost of external components. The HT6329S, an external feedback variant, supports the same 4.7V to 36V input range and enables seamless integration with fast-charging protocols such as QC3.0 and PD3.1, enhancing performance in complex power management scenarios. It offers selectable switching frequencies for optimized efficiency, a soft-start function, and comprehensive protection mechanisms. Additionally, the HT6329S supports 2-phase operation, making it ideal for high-efficiency power delivery in CPU applications, particularly for AI chipsets from NVIDIA and Qualcomm. The HT7228P is a high-efficiency, dual-channel synchronous step-down converter designed for high-power DC-DC applications. It supports an input range of 4.7V to 13V, configurable output voltages from 3V to 12V, and a typical current of 2.5A, with an adjustable switching frequency up to 1MHz for compact components. Featuring a soft start function to prevent inrush current and various protections against overvoltage, short circuits, and undervoltage, the HT7228P is ideal for USB fast chargers, allowing interfacing with protocol ICs for fast charging schemes like QC3.0 and PD3.1 at both output channels, minimizing component count.​
