The HT5000 series of USB-C Power Delivery (PD) controllers delivers high-efficiency, versatile solutions for fast-charging applications. Supporting USB PD 3.0, PD 3.1, and PD 3.2 protocols, along with legacy standards like QC2.0/3.0, BC1.2, and PPS, these controllers enable power delivery up to 140W (28V, 5A). Key models include the HT5350 (100W Source), HT5530/HT5533 (140W Source), HT5531/HT5534 (140W Sink), and HT5532/HT5535 (140W Dual-Role Port), catering to diverse applications such as fast chargers, power banks, and lithium battery appliances.

With programmable I²C control, cable drop compensation, and low-power sleep modes, these controllers are tailored for automotive, consumer electronics, and IoT systems, seamlessly integrating with ACDC/DCDC controllers.
